I met Sam Hamad when I was interested in another house in the area approx. 1 1/2 years ago. When this house came on market, I needed someone who would work for me, since I was still living in Pennsylvania. I chose Sam because of having dealt with him on the other house, and because my brother also liked him. Moving to Virginia proved a little more stressful and problematic than I had anticipated and there were issues that came up that Sam was very patient with me about, and he hung in there until all my "ducks were in a row" , even though at times I was a little impatient and hard to get along with!!!
