Sam is a pleasure to work with. She is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and my favorite- funny. She has jokes! We had Sam sell our house and find us a new one in a different county and she is excellent. She works hard and gets results. We love Sam.

Sam was so helpful in our home buying process! We were relocating long distance and she always went above and beyond for us. Sam quickly scheduled walk-thru's of homes we wanted to see and jumped on facetime to show us the properties. She communicated thoroughly each step of the way. During the negotiations she explained all of our options and the implications of each. We would definitely recommend Sam to anyone looking to buy or sell a property!

Sam is the best in the business! She's an expert negotiator. One of the best I have ever seen. She is one of the most knowledgeable agents I have ever seen when it comes to the Contracts in Florida, the deadlines that are required to be met, and what each of the vendors in the transaction have to get done and by when. She made my transaction smooth and seamless! I will recommend her every time I can.

Samantha Suba was exelent ,Couldn't ask for a better realtor

Samantha Suba was a dynamic agent for us. Her knowledge and casual approach made us feel very comfortable and at ease allowing us to focus on our move into our current residence while she monitored sales activities affecting our home. Sam provided us with timely information regarding viewer visits to our MLS ads and provided us with many pricing options with statistical data for us. We highly recommend Sam to anyone looking for a reliable expert to help with the sale or purchase of a home. Great!!

I can't stress enough what a pleasure it was working with Sam. She's the best, bar none!

Sam was absolutely amazing, completely went above and beyond expectations of what a Realtor should be. She completely set the bar, which I have not seen any other agents meet. We remained in constant communication, and since I was living abroad, if there was any Little issues, big or small, she would take care of them. For example; replacing smoke detectors, light bulbs and light switches, which was saving me hundreds of dollars. Choosing to give‘s this Realtor and Company my business, has been one of the best decision to make a long while. Sam’s Patience and professionalism, Was extremely apparent, when dealing with difficult tenants that would not always be able to make the property available for showings and or inspections. She always remain calm and professional to ensure keeping the peace between all parties. If I am to buy or sell another home in this area, Sam will definitely be my realtor. The performance on behalf of Sam and Century 21 was outstanding.
