Samantha Knoll

We asked Samantha for help with a detail in the home months after we moved it. It had been overlooked at the time and became important. She was not only willing to help after hours on a long weekend, she was knowledgeable. Thank you Samantha...

Samantha took in to consideration my needs and wants for buying a house. She was accommodating to my schedule. She was knowledgeable and provided excellent guidance and support.

Working with Sam was a breeze from start to finish. Moving from the city to an acreage property came with a lot of extra questions and considerations, and Sam was knowledgeable, patient, and always responsive to our many questions. Her knowledge of both the acreage and city markets is impressive. We trusted her to handle the sale of our home while we were out of town for a weekend, and by the time we got home, we had multiple offers to choose from. She made herself available for out-of-town showings within a day or so, and we never felt pressured to make, or not make, an offer on a property. She gave honest guidance and provided us with the information we needed to make confident decisions. Sam's down-to-earth nature made the entire process easy, and we truly felt like she shielded us from much of the stress and messiness that can come with buying and selling real estate. We highly recommend Sam to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
