We had a very good experience working with Sam to find our new home. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in negotiating. She went above and beyond in every aspect of our home buying experience and we were very pleased with her from start to finish! She looks out for the best interest of her clients unlike other agents I worked with prior and that to me made the biggest difference in our home buying experience. I highly recommend her as she is very trustworthy and dependable.

There are not enough words to express the gratitude that I have in my heart from working with Samantha Rosen in helping us find a home. Samantha always made time to answer the numerous questions we had, explaining everything in detail. No question was left unanswered, and as first-time home buyers, we had plenty. Her guidance was always TRUE, honest, and in our best interest. What I love best about Sam is that even if we loved a home, she provided us with the advantages and disadvantages of long-term ownership, allowing us to make the RIGHT decision, even if that meant continuing our search. Samantha is professional, kind, patient, and unwaveringly committed to doing what is right. If you're looking for a real estate agent who will go above and beyond, look no further than Samantha Rosen. She made our home-buying journey not only successful but also enjoyable. We could not have gone through this process without her. She is simply the best! Thank you Samantha Rosen!

Samantha was the best...I would not ever use anyone else to handle any of my real estate needs. She was very responsive to any questions or concerns that I had about the rental process. She made sure that we had the right tenet and review them thoroughly. She reassured me constantly whenever I was anxious about the process. She made the whole process so easy from start to finish and every step in between.

I have had the pleasure of working with Samantha twice. The first time was in June 2023 and the last time was starting February 2024 in both of these cases Samantha was able to find us rental properties that not only fit our budget but everything else we were looking for. She was very thorough and gave us many options. In both cases she coordinated showings so we could see firsthand the properties. Samantha is very knowledgeable about the real estate market. she was very accessible and if I ever had to leave a message, she responded quickly . she also helped when it came to negotiating some of the details in the two respective leases which I signed. when our lease was up at the First rental property she found for us. She met me at the property with the owners representative to go through a move out checklist to make sure I would receive back my full deposit. as a past owner of three service businesses I know the importance of giving good service. I highly recommend Samantha
