Sam made this sale as painless as possible. There's nothing easy about selling one's home, Sam made it as easy as possible. She went above and beyond ! Thanks Sam !

On a scale of 1 to 10 Samantha gets a 10++. I enjoyed working with her. Nothing was too big or small she was always available to help. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Samantha Rosen is an excellent agent. She has great insight to potential problems and immediately is thinking up a plan of action. She's flexible and very skilled. Worked well with the title company seller and me. I highly recommend her. I own several properties in Boca Pointe and have finally found the agent I will ALWAYS USE.

I had the pleasure of working with Samantha Rosen and can confidently say that she is not only an excellent realtor but also a friendly and approachable person. Before I met Samantha, I had been struggling, for 2 months. to find the right home to rent. From our first interaction Samantha was warm, welcoming, and easy to talk to. She made me comfortable discussing my requirements and needs. What impressed me the most was her determination to find the perfect fit for me. She regularly provided me with a list of options and made herself available to answer questions. She understood the urgency of my situation and worked diligently to find the suitable option within my timeframe. Samantha was transparent and upfront about the negotiation process, ensuring I was comfortable with the final agreement. I am grateful for her expertise in helping me to secure a comfortable and suitable home. I believe her genuine care made the process go smoothly. Sharon Brown
