Sam Cohen is an excellent broker— who is deeply knowledgeable with excellent communication skills. Sam understood exactly what we wanted for our new home purchase and guided us skillfully to obtan it successfully! He is excellent in communicating details and offers advice when asked, that it is imformative and productive. Sam also is always available when needed- through text, email or phone. He is amazingly supportive throughout the whole process. Sam is also excellent in working with the broker working with on the other side (the seller in this instance). This is our second experience working with Sam Cohen and I would say...he is the BEST! ABSOLUTELY!
