For anyone who is buying their 1st home, multiple rentals properties, commercial real estate etc, never use anyone except Sandie Hadsell. She is professional, genuinely concerned that you only get what you want. she never tries to sell you something you don't want or don't need. She is very honest & tells you what you NEED to hear, not just what you want to hear. She takes a very investigative approach when telling you what you should pay for a property & what you should sell for. She never tries to give you unrealistic figures. She …… Started with a detailed Market Analysis to help us price the house for the Wichita Falls market - Did a fabulous job with our MLS listing - Consulted with us on things to repair or replace to make the house show the best - Connected us with a trustworthy, conscientious and wonderful contractor that did great work at very reasonable prices - Held the house open for us - Made sure the contractors could access the house to do their work many, many times when we were gone - Kept us informed regularly of the showings and the marketing - Did a great job of handling the offer from the buyers - Kept the buyers very happy with information updates on the progress of the items they requested that we add to the house - Brought us an amazing treat when we were packing to close - Returned our cable boxes when the cable guy ‘no showed’ on the appointment time when we were packing up - And most important……. Gave us a big hug ‘Goodbye’ when we moved! Sandie is extremely professional, yet very personable. She is very knowledgeable and has very sound judgement.
