How we met: Sandra Nichols assisted my wife and I when we were searching for a rental property in the Hays and Comal county area 5-years ago. She worked very hard for us as we had less than good credit at the time. Sandra has helped us twice now and both times she was able to suggest a list price that moved our home quickly. She’s also able to produce very accurate projections when it comes to numbers and she very high expectations when it comes to making the most of a property. We were new to the area and Sandra Nichols was kind enough to drive us around and show us several areas that were close to work.
