Sandra was very helpful with every step of the process. She helped schedule inspectors and helped obtain information that was needed by our lender during the closing process. She also reviewed our closing documents to ensure all the dollar amounts were correct.

We had a delicate situation in that we were buying a house for my son and his wife, who had no experience buying a house and we live out of state. She was incredible in her attention to the kids' needs and desires plus our own financial concerns. The seller was extremely challenging (corporation) and her collaborative, gentle approach was the only way we could have closed! The kids had never turned on utilities before. She helped them with that. She provided the names of 3 inspectors, and we loved the guy we went with. We needed a roof inspection. She helped find a roofer. We needed a handyman.
