Santo- from the very beginning, Matt and I were impressed with your knowledge and expertise of the real estate market. You kept us on track and guided us along every step of the way. We valued your input most, even above that of our families! You never seemed bothered by the random questions we asked at various times of the day and you always promptly set up appointments at houses we were interested in seeing. You pointed out important aspects \issues of a house that Matt and I would not have picked up on. You truly knew the real estate market in each area and were very thorough in your research. We will never forget how you prepared an offer during your son's rehearsal dinner or how on a Sunday morning you asked us to join you at an open house to compare it to a house you were going to submit an offer on that we viewed the previous day. I probably don't have enough space to write about this absolutely incredible man who has one of the best work ethics I've ever seen (next to mine-retired Verizon customer service rep). I delt with Santo 6 years ago-he did an appraisal on my home (he worked with a different company) He told me if I ever decided on selling my home, to give him a call. So, after retiring in 2017, I decided I wanted to sell it. I still had his number, but wasn't sure if it was still his. I sent a text....the rest is history!! First, he's a pleasure to talk to, very prompt & respects his clients time. Super knowledgeable. He was right there from beginning to end, I'm so thankful & grateful he was there for me. I absolutely had no idea my home would sell as quickly as it did! I was in the middle of buying a new construction home out of state which was contingent of me selling my home in NY.
