Sara Mitchell is a great person to have to guide you through the house buying process. She was patient, knowledgeable, and responsive. When we weren't sure about something, she was there to provide answers or seek them out. She helped us get the house we really wanted and walked us through the steps along the way. 10/10 would recommend!

Sara did a fantastic job helping us to prepare to sell our home. She helped us make decisions to maximize the value. Sara had excellent recommendations for carpet and window contractors that helped make the entire process of getting our home ready to sell easier. When it came time to review all 11 offers she helped us prioritize and select the best offers. In the end we profited more on the house than we expected even in today’s aggressive market. Sara was patient and kind and a pleasure to communicate with.
