Sara gave us some very good suggestions to make the rooms more attractive and did it in a non critical, but professional, observant manner. She was personable while professional. We were proud of our home, but eager to make it appealing to the public and we felt confident in the house and community and also with the agent, Sara Mitchell. It was a win win win in the end with a sale in 2 weeks: owner, buyer and agent.
