From day 1, we felt that Sara "had our backs". We did not have an easy sale of our home. She was always there for questions (no matter how silly they were) and most importantly she remained positive throughout the whole sale. We were truly fortunate to have Sara Mitchell as a realtor. I would not hesisate to recommend her to my family or friends. We not only sold our home, but we gained a friend as well. Thank you Sara!!!

We love working with Sara Mitchell. She gives great advice and really knows her business. She sold our home in one day and for more than we thought we could list it! Not to mention her recommendations and contacts were cost effective and helped it sell quickly. She's the best.

Sara and her team were very helpful and knowledgable. We would work with Sara and her team again in the future and recommend her to our friends and family. She took the time to explain things in depth, answer any questions we had and even brought things to our attention we didn't know. She was really great to work with. I highly recommend her.

Sara Mitchell is great at her job and puts 100% into it. Sara was always available to answer questions and made selling my house so easy. She has many years experience and knows the area. Thank you Sara!

Sara Mitchell is the MVP of real estate! She has an extensive knowledge of the current real estate market, a friendly non-pressure attitude, honest, hardworking, and always available for any questions you have along the way. A sometimes stressful transaction was simple and easy with Sara by our side. Sara helped us sell and purchase our new home and we couldn't be happier with the transaction! We got what we wanted for our home and feel we got the best price possible on our new home with Sara's negotiation skills and advice. Century 21 was excellent when it came to showings and the available technology to confirm or decline showings. We had a very bad experience previously to being referred to Sara, when it came to showings. Sometimes showings were not confirmed, agents would show up to our house hours prior to the scheduled showing, they did not respect our wishes of at least 2 hours notice and our old agent simply did not care. When we switched to Sara, the Century 21 team made sure our requirements for showings were always kept and honored. We would receive both a notification on our phones to accept or decline the showing as well as phone call to confirm as well. Feedback was easily viewable through the great app available to us. No matter if your buying or selling you need Sara Mitchell on your team!

Excellent job of setting price and in negotiation top price. I really like her team approach as she is very busy but I could always reach someone on her team.
