Sara Stoll is by far the best real estate agent out there hands down. Couldn’t have accessed for a better agent. We considered ourselves to be a headache of a client because we were always asking questions and getting Sara to look into places for us at all times of day, including weekends. Listing came up at 3:00 PM. I clicked on speak to an agent on the listing. Sara called me with 30 seconds of clicking on speak to Agent on the listing. She met me at the at the house at 7 PM that day. She already had a contract prepared, first time we met and very personal and professional, she sent an offer as soon as we left (seller's realtor would not allow him to accept the offer he asked for). We had to wait for 2 other showings the next day. Seller accepted our offer and Sara was wonderful. She even had do to seller's Realtor's work getting their signatures multiple times. Had issues with my Mortgage company making us jump through dozens of hoops, delayed Appraisal, up to 2 hours before 3rd delayed closing, still needed more docs. Finally, Sara was there with us at the closing. She is "The Greatest Realtor in The World". Ask her to show you her sash to prove it. We loved Sara and would highly recommend her to anyone needing to do a home purchase or sale. She is amazing. You have one in a million with Sara. She was our 4th realtor from the start of our search. The other three were worthless, couldn't get contracts out in days, couldn't meet us at the listings even when given 3 days notice and so on. None could hold a candle to Sara.

Sara spent time looking and search for me a house. There were many challenges with the house and dealing with the listing agent. She handled the situation with class and dignity. It was so impressive to see Sara in action and how much care she took. I was truly blessed to have such a great experience.

I made an appointment to interview Mrs. Stroll as a potential real-estate agent and once we connected, I quickly realized the caliber of her skills and experience in the industry and began a very rewarding and endearing relationship. She thoroughly answered all my questions, which made me feel comfortable working with her. Sara demonstrated her vast knowledge and/or skills in many areas including photography, property inspection, appropriate pricing of the home, deal structuring, marketing, etc. She was always accessible, responding quickly to phone calls, emails and texts going above and beyond my expectations. The most notable endeavor was when I had to go out of state for work. Without hesitation she monitored the house and property, making arrangements for anything that needed attention. In less than 15 minutes from the listing being posted we had our first viewing request and in less than 30 days we closed for over asking price. If I have to do it all over again, I would unequivocally choose Sara to sell and/or buy my home, she is the game changer of real-estate.
