Dealing with the sellers of this house and their realtor was a complete nightmare, but Sarah and Kathy kept me calm, negotiated and got the purchase price lowered with additional credits. They kept in touch and continuously updated me as far as next steps. I am extremely grateful for them and would use no one else!

When my brother proposed our selling our home to address a family situation, he encouraged us to engage Sarah Ashton, due to her exceptional professionalism. Sarah was a tremendous resource in quickly getting the home on the market, and she did an incredible job of rapidly marketing the property. She presented it so well. She was also extremely helpful in guiding us through the entire sales process, including fairly valuing the property. Even though she was not from the area, she was able to represent the property to multiple parties and we received multiple offers in just a few days. Sarah also helped us through all the steps of the contracting and closing processes. I would recommend her highly! Sarah handled all aspects of the sale quickly, with the utmost experience and quality support. She took care of so many details, that she greatly simplified the process and made sure the property sold rapidly. Sarah was thorough and always there to answer a question via texts of phone calls. She brought a lot of expertise and energy to the sale. She was incredible to work with. And she produced amazing results for us. Sarah is a wonderful professional, extremely competent and very hard working, and she provides very high quality service.

Sarah was amazing. We looked at several homes and with a keen-eye, she was able to pick out things of concern that I completely missed. She helped me find my perfect home and I couldn't be happier. She was wonderful and I would refer her to anyone looking to buy in the area.

Sarah was an obvious choice for us! She was very knowledgeable when helping us pick a list price for our home and in many other areas of our sale. She was always responsive and made everything very easy for us. Sarah was easy to communicate with at all times of the day. She was polite, understanding, professional and respectful. She knew exactly how to approach the buyers and all of the other potential clients coming and going. Thank you again for all the work you put into selling our home.

Sarah has been a blessing to our family during the entire process. She used her expertise and knowledge to help us. Her actions proved that she was on our side and wanted what was best for us as well. When we started we were clueless as to what to look for. Sarah worked hard and made sure we got what we deserved and then some. I would recommend Sarah to everyone if I could. She’s the reason why we were able to purchase our Dream home in a timely manner. Being a first time homebuyer it was essential for everything to be done in decency and in order. She did just that and more..

As first time homebuyers we did not know what to expect from the home buying process. Sarah was extremely patient and explained each step clearly. She was knowledgeable about the areas we were looking and was able to provide us with detailed information about the homes we were interested in. What we liked best about our experience with Sarah was her responsiveness. She always got back to us right away so We didn’t miss out on seeing a potential home. We would highly recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a great realtor!
