Sarah helped us to find our home in Chicago so she was the obvious choice to help us sell. She did an exceptional job helping us buy and she did not disappoint during the selling process. Due to a change in work locations mid-summer, we needed to sell, find a place in Ohio and move in short order so we could start the school year in Ohio or come as close to that as possible. Sarah knew the situation, said it was no problem and did not disappoint. She came with an exceptionally well-prepared game plan including an in depth analysis of market trends in our area (present and historic), current available inventory, comparisons with other properties in our neighborhood and accurate information as to how the market was performing for sellers. She offered excellent advice as we developed our pricing strategy and asked great questions allowing us to make sure we considered all possibilities before settling on a final listing price. Sarah's marketing campaign was incredible. She directed a photo and video shoot of our house that made it look like it was in a magazine. She was meticulous in every detail of the listing process from the 'coming soon' post to the photos and videos to the open houses and walk throughs. She did not miss a single thing. We listed on a Thursday and had multiple above ask offers by Sunday afternoon. I am convinced that this was a direct reflection of her hard work, attention to detail and meticulous preparation.
