My family and I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a new home through Sarah Koroll of Century 21 Affiliates as we moved from the East Coast to the greater Chicago-land area. As our move was a job-related relocation, the process took several months. Sarah was outstanding. She was diligent during the process and provided exceptional advice, information and support throughout. She was always available anytime my wife or I had any questions and she always provided sound guidance. She went above and beyond as she helped us to meet with home improvement contractors for several repairs and improvements we wanted to do to our new home. She made us feel like the most important people in the world and was always positive. When it came time to visit potential homes, she coordinated a three-day tour across three towns during which we visited 30 plus homes. She was extremely organized and provided honest feedback and advice as we worked our way through the list. After we found the home of our dreams, she helped us with research about some permitting questions that came up and was able to track down the answers via the local government. The process was very easy and I attribute much of that to Sarah’s diligence. I have already recommended her to two work colleagues and will continue to pass her contact information to anyone that I know is buying or selling in this area. She is a cut above the rest and will absolutely be our realtor going forward. A true real estate professional, my family and I cannot recommend her highly enough – she really took care of us and always had our best interests first.
