With us living in a different state and looking for houses in Yukon, she set us up with accurate expectations and walked up through everything in the beginning. When we flew in, she had a set agenda to fit our schedule and was dead on with homes that fit our wants and needs. We ended up trusting her judgement after meeting her so much that after we left, we ended up buying a house site unseen. She went and looked at a few homes for us, gave us a video walk through and her honest opinion and we bought a house strictly on her word. She has been diligent in communicating with us.
