Scott was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the selling process. I have never sold a property before and he explained everything in great detail. He answered all my questions and even provided hypothetical examples to help explain things to help me understand. Scott was with me in the process the whole way and gave advise when needed but there was never any pressure to make decisions unless I was 100% certain of what I wanted to do. By the time my sale was complete I felt totally comfortable with Scott and would highly recommend him to anyone. I felt that I not only had a realtor assisting me but also a friend. Thank you for everything Scott. Scott is someone that is there to work with you. Takes the time to listen and explain things very precise. Very patient and willing to answer any all all questions in a manner that is understandable. I felt that by the end of my sale I had made a good friend.
