Scott is the real deal. Not only did he take on our house at short notice, he walked with us through every step of the way. We needed to do quite a bit of work before market but Scott was honest, set clear expectations early, and gave solid advice at every turn. Scott also provided recommendations for amazing contractors who completed fantastic work that needed done prior to listing. The best thing about Scott was never once did we have any problem communicating with him. If we missed him on a call, guaranteed it was returned the same day (usually within the hour). When we did communicate with Scott (a lot) he never sugar coated anything or tried to steer us in one way or the other. He simply laid out options and asked us how we wanted to proceed. Scott's an honest, experienced, fair realtor that embodies a true professional. He'll consider your situation and evaluate how to get you the best possible outcome. Forgot to mention...all of this happened while our family lived 1200 miles away in Texas. We've never even met in person. Pretty remarkable what he's capable over the phone. Scott was the selling agent for the property and showed me the residence. I immediately felt comfortable with him. After viewing the property a couple of times and the great deal of patience Scott had with me, I felt no need to secure an agent of my own.
