He is honest and forthright and let us know what to expect from the market during our search. I trust his experience and expertise! He set up a search that we could review on line and answered all of our questions honestly. When it came time to start looking at houses and having making hard and quick decisions, Scott was with us at every step. Pointing out things like water stains on the ceiling indicating possible roof damage. He is the type of person you want to deal with. I trusted him from our very first conversation because he explained things well. It was very reassuring to have Scott be part of our team! Scott McCain was absolutely FANTASTIC to work with. I have purchased and sold previously as well as I have worked in the mortgage industry since 1996. I've worked with a lot of realtors and never been treated so fairly and cared for as a customer and person than I was with Scott. We ended up purchasing the third home we put an offer on and I truly believe it was the one meant for us. Through the highs and lows, Scott mitigated our concerns with his knowledge, communications with other parties as well as an intense buyer (being me!). Scott was on time every time, even when I was running a little behind. Scott Mccain was very easy to do business with, he was always polite and patient with me and answered all my questions.

Scott was always quick to reply, calling/texting. I was amazed how quick he would have the paperwork ready when we were in negotiations with the buyer/seller. He never made us feel like we were being misled or that he wasn’t supporting us. He was never pushy or making us feel like we needed to make an uncomfortable decision. Excellent doesn’t begin to score how patient and trustworthy Scott is, he is always accessible even on some of late late nights. Scott was always in contact with us throughout the sell and even sometimes checking in on us with no news, just seeing how our mental health was. Buying/Selling is stressful at times. If Scott sold cars I wouldn’t ever turn to another salesman’s again. Scott is the most detailed oriented realtor I have ever know. He was always double checking the paperwork to make sure we were taken care of. He never let us sign anything until he went over it a few times his self and then he would call to explain it to us. I never once doubted what I was signing. Scott is very knowledgeable about the area and the market. He knows how to price a property and to drive it to it’s maximum value . Scott went above and beyond looking into the Franklin Township area even when it just sort of popped up as a new area we thought might be great. He did research and gave us a great rundown of the area, comparable home prices and what areas might be the best to purchase. It was hugely beneficial to us. Scott was always extremely professional and knowledgeable, but beyond that he was extremely approachable and relatable. It felt like you were searching for a home with someone you knew for years and could completely trust despite not knowing him before the house search began.
