I met Scott McCain on a rainy Sunday afternoon to show me properties in Britton Falls, a 55 and over community. This was going to be a big change for me because I was leaving my small town and home I had lived in for 25 years. I gave him my price range and he researched properties we could see. I decided rather quickly which home I liked. I had to close on my previous home and go through a few matters with that and Scott called the title company to check on things. He was very good in this process because the owner of the home I was purchasing wasn't the most patient. It all worked out and I feel comfortable working with Scott. I will use him again and recommend him to others.
