Scott is always so kind & helpful!

Scott was our realtor when we purchased our home, and he was the obvious choice when we decided to sell because of his excellent service. Scott was always available to help and answer questions, and was quick to notify us about all buyer correspondence. Every aspect of working with Century 21 was great!

Scott Pearson sold our previous home. Was happy with him last time. Will use him also for any other purchase or sale of property. He was so helpful with some of our issues, property survey and propane tank installed by Cenex. This was so important because we are currently out of country. Scott was right on top of these issues. Would recommend him as a real estate agent.

We were faced with the challenge of purchasing a home from out of state. Scott made what could have been a stressful experience easy and enjoyable. We were impressed with his communication skills and ability present properties that meet the needs of our growing family. With only a short visit to view properties, it was great having Scott’s experience and knowledge of the surrounding areas at our finger tips.

We did most of the transactions from out of state and Scott was always available by phone and email for questions, guidance and help making local arrangements. He was very understanding of our situation with two partners living in different states and the restrictions related to the Covid-19 pandemic. We dealt directly with Scott for the entire transaction. Scott did a great job and we would highly recommend him for anyone needing a real estate agent in the Bemidji Minnesota.

This was our second time since 2017 of working with Scott on real estate transactions. First time we were working on the buyers side and second the sellers side. With both transactions Scott was professional and represented us well. Thanks again Scott !

Mark Dickinson runs a reputable company which is highly respected in our community. We have known Mark for years when he sold us our house 19 years ago. Mark continued to stay in touch with us over the past 19 years. I would not have gone with any other real estate agency in the area. Scott Pearson is a people person and seemed to prefer to meet face to face with us rather than over the phone or by email. He worked extremely hard for us and got our house sold! I would highly recommend Scott Pearson to anyone buying or selling a house. He will get to know you and be a representative for you with your best interests at heart.
