We were in the process of purchasing a fixer upper and needed the house unlocked numerous times to bring contractors in for quotes and Scott Pearson met us at the house to unlock it for us, that tells me that he not only cares about his job but also his clients. I would hire Scott in the future and recommend him to anyone.

If I was to highlight just one of Scott's best qualities - He LISTENS. When selling this home he was extremely helpful as I was in Texas working a new job. He communicated all the progress and kept me in the loop, me being so far away. I love this guy - quite possibly the nicest person in Minnesota.
