As always, Scott Pearson did an excellent job helping us obtain a new rental property. His background and knowledge are a tremendous asset. We appreciate him and highly recommend him!

Scott provided timely communication and follow up throughout the process. I give Scott high marks for mobing this sale forward. Thank you!

With Scott, we knew from day one that we had chosen the right realtor. Even with the market in a downward trend, Scott worked extremely hard for us to sell our home of 32 years. We had used Scott for the purchase of our new home and his work during that period was excellent. Scott had all the answers when it came to keeping us informed. All things considered, we knew we had chosen the right man for the job. I have known Scott for almost 50 years and have always trusted his friendship. This, as one would expect, carried over into a working relationship as well. We were disappointed when our home didn't sell as quick as we had hoped. Scott made this easier to deal with as he assured us the right buyer would eventually come around, and that was the case. So, it is easy for us to give Scott the highest of ratings for a job well done. We would recommend Scott to anyone that is looking to buy or sell a home.

Scott is excellent! He is the best! He knows what he is doing and knows the Bemidji area really well. I had peace of mind working with him. He went above and beyond many times.

Scott was always available to us whether in person, text or phone. We worked with him from out of state and it was never an issue. It was a pleasure to work with Scott. Very personable, friendly and professional. If we would need a realtor in the future we would not hesitate to give him a call. We are 100% satisfied.

Scott Pearson was outstanding! We had never purchased a house in over 37years of marriage; I appreciated how he took the time to deal with our inexperience. Scott set us at ease and provided many helpful suggestions. When he was working with us, he wasn't worried about other clients or sales--Scott's focus was entirely on what we wanted and needed. My wife and I would recommend Scott Pearson in a heartbeat for anyone's real estate needs!

Scott has consistently shown nothing but excellence each time he has helped me with real estate and each time he has helped family and friends I've referenced to him. As long as he is in the business, there is not doubt I would like Scott to be my realtor. Not only does he know his stuff, but his charming personality and collected approach help ease any of the tensions that arise during the stressful process of buying a house.
