Scott was great! From the first time I spoke with Scott on the phone I felt comfortable with him. My wife and I are not from the area so we had many phone conversations before we came down and met in person. Scott explained the whole process of shopping for condos in Myrtle Beach, from figuring out what we really wanted, to financing, to HOA and management fees, to property taxes and everything in between. He always took my call and patiently explained things that I want sure about. I always felt that he had my best interest in mind. I would definitely use him whether I was buying or selling a property, and would happily refer him to anyone who is looking for an excellent realtor.

Scott is an amazing person as well as a real estate agent. Because I live out of state in New Hampshire I have a lot of issues with deliveries coming to my newly purchased property. A lot of them are late due to the hurricane Scott did everything he could to accommodate me by moving some things into the new condo when I could not do it. I can’t imagine a better real estate agent then Scott Weaver is trustworthy, dependable, and So knowledgeable. I HIGHLY recommend Scott Weaver!
