Scott was absolutely great! He worked on his own family vacation to make sure that we were taking care of when we came in town. Scott also understood that we needed and wanted good lenders and absolutely connected us with the best lenders around they made us feel like family, I would trust Scott and his team is everybody he recommended to us turned out to be very trustworthy. We closed early and smooth!! If your looking for a coastal home choose Scott he is the BEST and I am hard to please lol thanks again Scott!!

Scott Weaver was the agent who represented my wife and i for buying a house. we knew right when we met him that he was gonna help us close on this house. we had a bad experience prior to Scott and had to fire that agent so we were a little skeptical about another agent but Scott was nothing like her. He had our best interests at heart, helped us with things we didn’t know, and was with us step by step. I would recommend Scott Weaver to anyone looking for a house.

Scott Weaver was knowledgeable and professional and followed through on every detail. He was there for us every step of the way. Thanks to him for great results!

My testimonial is for Anthony Velazquez, who worked with Scott Weaver. As I mentioned above, Anthony was very responsive and always available. He provided answers for all of my questions and treated me with respect in every aspect of the sale of my home. The sale process was very smooth and I could not have asked for a more devoted agent.

Scott did a fantastic job. He was very thorough and patient as we reviewed several houses. Scott was quite impressive and I would recommend him to anyone that is in search. He has a strong knowledge of the area and a strong business acumen. Scott thank you for turning the house searching into a home finding. All the best!!

Enjoyed working with scott very trustworthy.

We have known Scott for a long time. We knew he would be honest with us, and do his best at finding the right home. He helped us tremendously through the whole process. We were not able to be there for closing. Scott walked us through the process, and made sure we had all our ducks in a row. He was our eyes, and ears through through the buying process. Thanks Scott for all your help through this. We would definitely recommend you.

Scott is a true professional and I now consider him a friend as well
