Scott Weaver did an awesome job , always returned our calls and text , always was able to give advise, and find and give good information. Through the hole process we felt scott was part of the family helping us make smart decisions. The sale of Vic's property in Myrtle Beach was an unusual one, in that it was 'upside down' and we knew we would be loosing a lot . That being said, Scott did a fantastic job of marketing it, and securing the best price he could for the property, and getting it sold. We are extremely happy with the results. If I answered any of the above questions , oddly, it must be because I didn't quite understand them. In no way should any of my (our) answers reflect negatively on Scott's work.
