They did an amazing job with all aspects of the sale and the purchase. Their knowledge of the areas was valuable. Sean was very meticulous while reviewing and writing contracts/offers. He showed us comps for both the sell and buy and he was able to explain the differences that affected the prices. He gave his insight regarding initial asking price, counters, offer price, requesting credits, and terms within the offers and counter offers, but he was never pushy about anything. Sean and team did an incredible job staging the townhouse, creating the listing, and running the open houses and showings. They also did a great job assisting us with showings of houses when we were ready to buy, and after we put in an offer they did an amazing job lining up all the inspections and contractor quotes that we needed. Team Takamori did it again! Awesome service. Accepted buyer’s offer within 3 days of listing property on the market. His recommendations to invest a little in doing minor cosmetic improvements which we recouped over double what was spent. We set a record for highest price sold in the complex, all during Covid and doing a virtual open house. Very smooth transition and got us $30k over asking.
