Sean presented himself to me as a team. Knowing that he had the support of team members, specializing in different areas of the process, instead of putting the various responsibilities on the shoulders of a single individual was a huge factor in choosing Sean and the Better Homes and Gardens team. I was an off island remote client, with alot of time consuming distractions going on in my life during this process (including unplanned international travel for a family emergency). But the sale was surprisingly painless in so many unexpected ways. I didn't need to take the time to expose myself to much of it - the whole process seemed to take care of itself, from my point of view. They prepped the property quickly, while keeping me in the loop the entire time. They found and provided very reasonable quotes for all the necessary work from various vendors. The prepping process they suggested was much cheaper than I expected. We got a full price offer within a week of going on the market (at a price I didn't even expect to get), and we closed the sale 3 months after my first introductory phone call with Sean! While Murphy's law seemed to keep ensuring everything else in my life was more difficult and more time consuming than anticipated, it was so nice have this sales process go so seamlessly and so much better than anticipated.
