Seena was very professional in every way, especially the video presentation of our house.

Sena demonstrated professionalism and service excellence first, last, always! She listened to my preferences and provided realistic options. Because of Sena I was able to locate my forever home. Her patience, persistence and guidance truly made all the difference for this first time home buyer & seller. I highly recommend Sena to anyone in search of a home.

Sena comes with great experience and professionalism when dealing with new construction and existing homes. Her knowledge of the process and attention to detail was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is looking to purchase a new or existing home.

Sena Sweargen was truly exceptional! I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Her deep knowledge of real estate and the home buying process made all the difference, especially as a first-time buyer with numerous questions. Sena was always prompt with answers, and if unsure, she promptly sought out the information. When work prevented me from attending meetings, she seamlessly represented me and relayed crucial information. I'd gladly work with Sena again and wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone in need of a realtor. A big shout out to Courtney, my co-realtor, for her invaluable assistance as well.

Sena is very professional, caring, knowledgeable and calming which is needed during the sale of a home that has lots of sentimental value. She was able to offer her opinions and give good advice when needed to keep the listing current. She conveyed messages promptly from interested buyers. Excellent job!

Sena is very knowledgeable, professional yet personable, and a great listener. She is outspoken and very insightful. Her expertise, compassion, and commitment all earned the trust and respect paramount in any business relationship. She is a gem and my family has been blessed by the services she provided. We will continue to utilize and refer her as often as possible.

I wholeheartedly recommend Sena, she was a great help through the whole process. During most of the process I was in Nashville when most of the important decisions were made. If it wasn't for Sena, I don't know how it would have been possible to buy a house in Charlotte.

We lived in another state and we were looking to relocate. She reached out to me from a post on social media after I asked for advice on areas in North Carolina. She assisted us with our initial move here and then assisted us even more on our recent build. It was a no brainer to use her for all of our real estate needs after she was our eye and ears with our first resident. She informed us on all of the laws and ins and outs of this new state. She's the most knowledgeable person we've experienced in our short time here in NC. She answered every question we had. To be honest she told us so much information we didn't really Have questions. She told us all we should know and what to expect as things progressed during this home buying experience. Anytime I was unclear or needed clarity. She was always available to answer every single question. Again I've never met someone so knowledgeable of all of the things about everything! Phenomenal experience. She is one we will always recommend to family and friends. I would do this 1000 times over but only with Sena's guidance! I couldn't image what this process would look without her every step of the way!! We never felt alone nor neglected! She did check-ins and made sure we were great through our first time Building!
