Sena was very patient dealing with us. It was a pleasure, and blessing to have Sena as our realtor. I'm not from this area. I relied on Sena to give me information that would be relevant for purchasing a home. Thanks a million Sena!

Sena was very helpful and patient with me throughout the entire process. From our first meeting I felt comfortable with Sena as my agent. She was very knowledgeable about the process and made me feel important to her as her client. She was always available if I had any questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend her service to anyone I know is looking to purchase a home. I was very satisfied with Sena.

Sena is highly personable, open, and honest. In my opinion, she is the best real estate agent for any potential buyer and seller. She is an expert at setting up open houses and buyers’ negotiations. Her knowledge of the market is spot-on; if you are in the market for an agent who is committed to you as a customer, look no further. Sena knows the market like the back of her hand. She is always available for her customers 24/7. I found Sena Swaringen to be very attentive to our needs as a seller. She worked diligently around our schedule and timeline. We never felt pressured into making a quick sell. She is a master when it comes to properties on the market. She always brings experience, attention to detail, and years of experience.

Sena attending to our needs and was very understanding and patient. She followed through on every task at hand. Sena Sweargen hands down is one of the best brokers I have ever worked with

The NC A&T Real Estate Foundation had talked about liquidating these donated properties for years with no action. The properties are not local to Greensboro and were actually a financial burden because we had to pay real estate property taxes. Sena came in and marketed those properties and got them sold for us!

Sena Sweargen helped us buy a condo and it was the easiest and pleasantest experience. Everything went smoothly. We are new to the area and she gave me a driving tour to acquaint me with the area. She was patient and kinda while we looked at multiple options til we made our choice. It was a great experience and we are happy with our choice of home and broker.

Excellent customer service.

Sena was a God send!!! Me and my husband are grateful for her and her assistance with helping us find a place to stay. We were at a dead end with finding a suitable place. She was referred to us by our realtor in VA. She did an excellent job! She did such a great job , we decided to use her to assist in finding us a permanent home. Thank you so much Sena!!!

Sena is wonderful! She has established a good relationship with me, which I hope to continue in future endeavors!
