Shay Thakkar

Shay helped me purchase an investment property, and I could not be happier with the result. He is an experienced Realtor who knows how to identify the right property with strong cash flow and long-term potential. Shay was also a great mentor throughout the process, guiding me from start to finish and standing by me every step of the way. Even after closing, he continues to share his expertise and support whenever I need it.

Working with Shay Thakkar to buy my investment property was a really good experience. He is honest, hardworking, and you can tell he really cares about helping his clients make the right decision. Shay is also a great negotiator and taught me a lot about real estate and investing along the way. Even after we closed, he still helped me with ideas for repairs, upgrades, and even what paint colors would look best in the property. I would definitely recommend Shay to anyone who wants a good Realtor and also wants to learn more about real estate investing.
