Shamon Alphonse

5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I never thought I'd be writing a review for my husband, but here we are — because honestly, he earned it. When my husband, Shamon, and I decided to sell our first home and buy our next one, I was nervous. That's a lot to ask of a marriage, let alone a realtor. Shamon handled every showing, every negotiation, and every stressful phone call with patience and professionalism. He fought for us on price, caught details in the contract I never would have noticed, and somehow made two closings feel effortless. He's the realtor who answers texts at 10pm because he knows a family is waiting on an answer — and this time, that family was us. If you're looking for someone who treats your move like it actually matters, work with Shamon.

Shamon was amazing from the very start and throughout the entire process. I am now retired and living in another state in my dream home. I am truly appreciative.

Shamon was excellent from start to finish. He was patient with us as we got acclimated to Georgia so that we could identify what area we want to live in. By leveraging his local knowledge and our needs, he provided us not just with multiple options, but multiple options that were suitable. Shamon was transparent, trustworthy and knowledgeable which made this experience an amazing one.
