I am a repeat client of Shanda Stone and will always go to her for any and all real estate needs. She is very professional, knowledable and considerate of her cliemts needs. She helped me with the purchace and sale of my first home and then helped me find my forever home.

Shanda took the time to explain any questions or concerns I had in great detail;as we were first time home buyers. She displayed several strong characteristics, but the one that I noticed the most was her attention to detail and being honest. Centry 21 is blessed to have Shonda as an agent. I highly recommended Shanda Stone for any future home buying or selling!

Shanda has been an incredible resource and is very prompt in communication which is always a plus in home buying! This market has been very stressful but Shanda always knew how to make me not feel discouraged. I highly recommend her to anyone I know!

Shanda was amazing with my needs, house sold in 2 days. She makes every sale seamless and painless !!!! Top notch personal service !!

We didn't know any realtors in the state when we began our house search. Shanda went above-and-beyond when we drove from states away to look at a property she had listed. She was flexible, timely, organized, and very accommodating. Every detail of the entire process was handled with the utmost professionalism and organization. It was a delight to work with Shanda; she went above and beyond to help us look at houses all over the state. She helped us find the perfect home for our family the beginning to end!

Shanda is simply the best! We have used her services multiple times and she consistently exceeds expectations! You are doing yourself a disservice to use anyone else.

Shanda showed me properties that fit my needs. She didn't try to she anything that didn't fit my needs. She is a wonderful agent and has gone to the races for me.
