We talked with Shane Andersen in early 2017 about a house that was listed for sale. The house was sold fast, and we missed out. We were impressed with Shane at that time. Eventually, we purchased and installed a new mobile home in Brookings during 2017. When it came time to sell the mobile home, we called Shane and he helped us sell it last month in the slow season of winter. We were out of state owners with a house for sale, and Shane Andersen helped us immensely while we were out of the state.

Shane was helpful and had a good strategy to sell our house in a challenging market situation.

Shane Andersen was very helpful in the process of buying a home for the first time. I appreciated the work and knowledge he provided throughout the entire journey. With his patience and skill I now am in a home that I truly love.

Shane has a fantastic record of professionalism, market knowledge and personality. There was no question that we would use him when it came time to sell our home! He did an excellent job and had our home sold in 24 hrs! We cannot say enough about how happy we were with Shane and our sales experience. If you are selling a home or looking for one, Shane is the man for the job, he will get it done!

Very friendly very helpful!

We had listed with another agent 6 weeks prior and were not selling our home. We reached back out to Shane and within 12 hours he was at our home, taking pictures and virtual photo and had a new sign up! Shane was awesome about answering questions throughout the process!!! We sold our home in two days!!!!! Shane is highly recommended by our family!!!!! We could not have purchased our new home without Shane !!!!!

Shane was very accommodating and professional. He went above and beyond to help us find a house that fit our needs!

Over all I have a very good experience in working with Shane Andersen in purchasing my new home. He was very helpful and patient with this old lady. My daughter recommended Shane to be and I am very blessed that she did. In my opinion he did an awesome job.

We found Shane to be very efficient and professional, yet looking our for our best interests. We would highly recommend Shane.
