Shane knew exactly what we wanted, knew our time frame, and got it done!! We will certainly use him again if we purchase in AZ again!

Shane was fantastic. It was a double close situation where my new home purchase was dependent on the old home sale, and timing had to be perfect for it to all work out for me and my pets. Needless to say, I was extremely anxious and had a million questions throughout the whole process. Shane reassured me every step of the way, and stayed on top of it all to make sure nothing slipped through the cracks. He also negotiated for me an excellent deal on my new home. I would recommend Shane and eXp to all my friends and family.

Shane Cook was quick to respond to my many, many, many questions no matter how trivial. He was patient with me on all the questions and professional throughout the entire process. I would recommend Shane Cook for any realty needs.

Shane Cook is great. He was able to work with us long distance to understand our needs and make the most of our time when in the Phoenix area. His expertise was invaluable as we looked at various areas. He provided amazing guidance as we evaluated properties and locations in the East Valley. Happy that we found our first home in the area with Shane.

I have done multiple transactions with Shane for over two years. He will help you find what you are looking for, and will do everything to get you through the finish line. I highly recommend working with Shane!

Shane Cook did such an amazing job finding us our first home, in such a crazy market. Since we were living out of state at the time, we only had a few weekends to look for houses in person. He was very good at setting up a schedule based on the houses we sent him, and at answering any of our questions. He quickly learned what we liked and wanted, and was able to send us listings based on that. Shane was kind, personable, and professional. He knows the market well, he has assets to use, and knows when to use them. My wife and I are definitely lucky to have had the pleasure of working with him, and will absolutely use him again in the future.

I have a positive outcome with Shane Cook as my realtor. He came highly recommended and had all the knowledge and expertise needed in a challenging market. As a result, I'm in the perfect home for me and couldn't be happier.
