Bought through Shane, sold through Shane. Very receptive, quick to respond and very knowledgeable about the Reddeer and area markets. No nonsense realtor. Highly recommended.

Shane has a thorough knowledge of Red Deer and the surrounding area, a big plus when one is moving here from out of province. As well, his expertise in building means he was able to advise on the many questions I had during home visits. He is professional, competant and can easily advise on the purchasing process. Highly recommend.

Shane was great. He was extremely professional, gave advise and expectations where needed. The photographer they use did a fantastic job with photos as well as the lawyer that was recommended was efficient and not to costly.thabk again for selling my house in 4 days

With great professionalism and service at a much more competitive and reasonable price, I simply do not understand why anyone would list with another agent.
