Shane Opp was great to deal with. He answered questions promptly, kept track of documents, and kept us informed of all developments in both selling our property and purchasing another. He was a good negotiator on some difficult setbacks.

Shane was referred to us by his colleague at 2% Realty Savvy Group. Our interaction was seamless and easy. Once our home was listed, it took only a little over 24 hours to sell above asking price. Shane's professionalism and experience helped us sell our house in record time. Thank you, Shane!

We feel that Shane Opp is a very professional, reliable and honest person whom we trusted in completing three real estate transactions for us. We have and will continue to recommend Shane to our friends and neighbours for their real estate needs.

Shane's attention to our need was outstanding. Being out of province buyers our situation was difficult but in the end Shane got us a house that was better than expected. So pleased with it. Shane is very knowledgeable not just about selling and buying but also condition of the houses. Shane WILL get the listing when we sell.

We worked with Shane 4 times. Would not go to anyone else. He works hard for us. It's always easy to communicate with Shane. He is quick, pleasant and clear.

We met with Shane to reveiw our home. We had previously given him a list of improvements we had completed on our property and so when we met and Sahne walked through the house he already had a price and actually increased the price based on how the home looked. Shane's photographer took excellent photos. once our home was on the market the first showing produceda full price offer, which was accepted with some negotiation on terms with Shame's guidance. Overall We would recommend Shane to anyone wanting to have a confident, professional realtor assit them with the sale of thier home. Thank you Shane!

Shane made the selling process simple and worry-free while we were out of province. Highly recommended!

Shane was exactly what we needed as first time home buyers. Very professional, made himself available to us at all times. Very easy to get ahold of and responded quickly. answered any and all questions we had as first time buyers. We were very happy with Shane and would recommend him to friends for sure.

Shane was professional, honest and easy to work with. He made every step of the process smooth and was very helpful given that we didn't live in the same city as the property for sale. Shane was available to meet with some trades when we couldn't be there ourselves, he shoveled the walks for showings and kept us updated throughout the process. Shane priced and marketed the property fairly, and impressed us with a quick sale for close to asking. Thank you Shane. We would recommend Shane and 2% Realty to anyone who is looking for honest advice and quick results.
