While we endorse Shane, for us it wasn't the realtor themselves but rather the sales commission that lead us to chosing 2% Realty. We have bought and sold many homes throughout ourlife either because of career moves or upgrading. The commission a seller pays to the listing agent can be quite pricey depending on the value of your home. As a home owner there really isn't much of a difference between 2% realty or regular prices realtors other than what you pay out on commission. As a home owner would you rather not have that extra 10k-20k or more in your own pocket? Unfortunately we were forced to sell and move to take care of ill elderly parents after owning for such a short period of time. By using 2% it allowed us to sell and walk away without losing anything because we saved on the commission. Shane Opp is down to earth and very professional. All home owners should do their home work prior to chosing a realtor and understand the differences. Great Job.....
