Super easy to communicate with and that is very important to me! Even at night, weekends and on her vacation, now that's dedication for her clients! Not only did she help with finding my home, but she also was my therapist when I would get frustrated lol. Shanna made things very easy for me. And that is appreciated. Not only did she help with throughout the process of purchasing my home, but she also communicated with me on things that I needed after escrow closed.
