Shanna was confident, professional and courteous throughout our whole selling process. She is very knowledgeable and kept us informed every step of the way. She truly had our best interest in mind at all times and we feel blessed to have found her to sell our home!

We absolutely love Shanna. She is very knowledgeable and knows the market in the area. She is always available with our questions and is a joy to work with. She is the best agent we have ever worked with. Answered all our questions gladly and with a smile. Sometimes I felt like I called her too often but she was always very kind.

When we started our search in the Tyler TX area, there was a home Shanna had listed and when we met her we knew she was the absolute best person for our home buying needs. Shanna is the best!!!!!!!!!!! We absolutely love Shanna and would recommend her to everyone as she makes the process very easy.

Shanna Williams is a first class agent. She knows the business inside an out. What was fantastic is the way she made us feel. We knew she had other clients and deals going but at any moment that we had a question she was quick to respond. She really made us feel as if we were here only clients. It was awesome. I will continue to use her no matter what we are buying/selling.

We loved working with Shanna Williams. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. She would respond to our questions and texts immediately. Best buying experience ever. Will refer everyone we know to her.

Shanna took the time to answer all our questions and was very patient and accessible. This was the first time selling a home and she made the experience smooth and painless. Shanna was a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend her to anyone.

We are completely new to the Tyler/Lindale area. We received Shanna's information from a friend that recommended her highly. The recommendation was a huge blessing. Not only is Shanna knowledgeable of the entire Tyler area and surrounding communities she is also a wonderful christian person to deal with on a personal level. Once we met her we knew she was the right agent for us. Shanna Williams is wonderful to work with. It is a blessing to have someone so caring, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly to deal with. Moving is often an emotional journey for buyers, especially when moving from out of state. Our process was lengthy as we waited on our home in Kansas to sell and Shanna was always available over several months to help us find our perfect forever home. We have family in the Tyler area, but we were pretty unfamiliar with everything, especially all the small communities in the area. She was patient as we explored the entire region before finally settling on Hideaway. She showed us 10-12 homes every time we came down for a few months which isn't an easy thing to do. When there were issues with the home we first had a contract on, she provided invaluable advice when problems came up during the option period regarding the home inspection. We were able to move out of that and quickly onto pursuing a contract on the home we eventually purchased. Shanna is so down to earth and honest. Integrity is an incredible quality as a real estate agent. As I said before, Shanna has a wonderful personality. She is so funny and easy to work with. She provided valuable advice at every turn in the process and her recommendations of lenders and insurers helped this transaction come to a close perfectly. This was all a wonderful process. Complete ease of transaction. Very professional, yet light and friendly. Shanna answered all questions extraordinarily quickly. This was very important to us, especially coming from out of state. She was always readily available when we were able to be here and sent us contracts, etc. via docusign and that made the process go quickly and easily. She also recommended lenders and insurers that made the process completely problem free. Shanna found us the perfect home. She showed all the properties wonderfully. Once we figured out what we wanted she moved quickly to help us get a deal done. And her advice many times throughout the process helped everything close right on time.

Shanna was great and there for us anytime day or night! She is fabulous, knowledgeable, fun and can answer any questions or concerns you have with a smile! We had a roller coaster experience and she did everything she could to help and make it happen. She is great at what she does!!

We didn’t select the broker, we selected the agent. Shanna was referred to us and knew exactly what we wanted with out having to tell her. We had complete trust in her and her abilities. She was always available day or night and never gave a suggestion that was par for the course. She went above and beyond for us and Ibwould recommend her to anyone!

Shanna Williams ROCKS!!!
