shannon was the friendlist person. Her knowledge was amazing. Wiuld recommend and will use her agai

Shannon walked us through every step of the process. She listened carefully to the needs and wants of each of the many members of our family. She asked questions that I wouldn't even know to ask. She explained everything we needed to know about each property that we looked at and gave us her undivided attention. I felt as if I was her only client. She went over and above what was expected an saved us from more than 1 disaster. I will recommend her to everyone! Shannon's guidance through inspections and closing made the process so clear that we could just be happy and not stressed about it. I felt completely safe and secure throughout the entire process. Shannon answered our calls and questions immediately no matter what time we called or how trivial our questions were. She was able to handle dealing with our large family and unique situation with style and grace, never losing patience or getting frustrated. Everyone involved worked well together and that made the process as easy and comfortable as possible. This could easily have become a nightmare, but even when things got difficult, Shannon was right there with solutions and encouragement.

Shannon was wonderful! Always available to us, answered all of our questions and we always had one. On time, prepared just a wonderful tentative realtor, can’t wait to use her to find our next home!

I met SHANNON REDDY HUGHES when I made an appointment to see this house on 6 Emile Dr. in Allenstown, after speaking with her on the phone I felt an immediate connection to her. She was very professional, helpful, and I had felt like I had known her all my life I did not have a realtor at the time (even though I have 2 friends that are realtors) and like I said after speaking with her I chose not to have them represent me because I felt that SHANNON was so honest and so down to earth that I could trust her and that the realtors I knew could not hold a candle to her that’s how awesome she is. This was my first time buying a home at the young age of 67 and I can’t say enough good things about SHANNON and how she made this first time home buying experience GREAT! Her kindness, honesty, patience and knowledge made this a wonderful experience. I would and I have recommended SHANNON to people that I know that are interested in purchasing homes. She’s a great representative for your company and certainly should get the Realtor of the Year award.and/or be recognized for her outstanding representation of your company, she sets the bar high for other realtors.

My husband and I had a great selling experience with Shannnon Reddy- Hughes! Her friendly and energetic demeanor along with keeping us well informed, made it much less stressful!

Shannon Reddy-Hughes is knowledgeable, professional, organized and responsive to our questions. Scheduled showings that provided the least possible disruption to our schedule. Shannon was always at our property for the showings which was important to us. Shannon informed us well in advance of the showings. She let us know of any buyer comments that would help us in future showings. Shannon made the process clear and easy to understand.

Shannon Reddy-Hughes was very thorough and thoughtful. She crossed all the t's and dotted all the i's. She kept my spirits up when things didn't go as planned. I truly appreciate her knowledge and attention to the details. I would strongly recommend her to friends and family. If your in the market to buy or sell Shannon is your women!

Shannon has sold a property for me in the past and I find her confidence and market knowledge to be top notch. She has always been involved fully in the process and the properties she sells. That is key for me as the selling homeowner.
