We weren't the easiest buyers to deal with, and Sharon simply shined at overcoming every obstacle we threw in her path with absolute grace & charm. She understood & worked within our odd work/travel schedule, patiently explained the buying process until we were comfortable (many times more than once), and kept us on track all the way up to closing. Sharon was not just a sales agent, she was truly our partner.

Sharon is caring and she has always been available to answer questions and concerns. She is very thorough and explains many things in detail that allows you to understand your decisions of purchasing a home. She explains all of the definitions in the documents and dedicates her time to allow you to understand what you are signing. She is extremely patient and she is always available to answer the phone to help you go see a listing or a house. She is organized and will select various homes for you to go see. She is very very hardworking. She has great listings and sells good homes and in good neighborhoods for her clients. I am very pleased with Sharon because she really goes above and beyond for her clients by always answering her phone and working one on one to select the home you want. She is deeply devoted to her job and works very hard, no matter what...rain or shine. She does a lot for her clients and listens to us when we need more advise or more listings. She is wonderful!

Sharon was selected because she was very attentive to our concerns and frustrations with the previous agency and sales person, was very knowledge about what it would take to sell our property and was very positive that we would sell our property quickly. She properly advised us with what changes we should make to make our property more appealing. She was also very focused on marketing our home, as if ours was the only one she was handling. We would gladly recommend Sharon to anyone who wishes to sell their home quickly and to those who would expect their agent to give them undivided attention. The flower bouquet that Sharon sent to us at the end of the sale only confirmed that we had made the right decision that Sharon was the right person for us.

Sharon and the Century 21 Team did a great job ... I will use them again and recommend to others ..............

Sharon Lisciandro understood our unique requirements and helped us to find what we were looking for. I recommend this realtor because she gets the job done.

Sharon is amazing! When others believed we were crazy because the house we wanted was in deplorable shape, Sharon could see my vision for the potential to bring it back to a stately home. Our contractor agreed, as other suppliers have concurred, that the house was built well and is sound. I love the large rooms, cove moldings, back yard, quiet location, and so many other qualities, and look forward to the challenge ahead. Sharon possesses the rare qualities of professionalism, combined with a sincere caring for the wishes of her clients. There were many obstacles involved in the sale, including the owners being difficult, but she went above and beyond to get the job done, and we couldn't be more satisfied. Thank you; she was delightful to work with. Excellent. We did not know Sharon previously, but we could not have found a better agent, and she was a delight to work with. I feel that I have gained a new friend, as well as the perfect fixer-upper home. Sharon is amazing!
