We really can’t say enough good things about Sharyn! She’s absolutely wonderful. She went out of her way to keep up with us after we bought our home from her, and made sure we knew she was here for us when we were ready to sell our home. That was a big part of why we went through her again when we had to sell our home. She never forgot about us! She sent us holiday cards, was available for every question we had, and she would frequently text us to make sure everything was going well with our family. She even offered to help us carry boxes when we were moving! I don’t think we could have found a better agent. Sharyn is the best.

I don't have a ton of experience transacting real estate, but Sharyn Rigsbee is about as good as I could possibly imagine a real estate agent being. She recently helped us sell our first home and working with her was a breeze. She has incredible communication skills and kept in touch with us every step of the way. That was a huge relief because we were very busy due to relocating several hours away and my wife starting a new job. We never had to wonder what was going on with the process, and never had to worry because we knew we were in good hands. Not to mention she is very analytical and has outstanding marketing and negotiating skills. From the first conversation we had with Sharyn about selling our house, we knew she was an expert and the right person for us to partner up with! I was working with a realtor previous to working with Sharyn. I am a first time home buyer and really didn't know anything about the process about any of this. My first realtor told me to "look around and them know when I found something I liked". I was lost. My family has known Sharyn for a while and I went into this just wanting to get more information. Once I talked to her, I knew that I wanted to work with her right away. She asked what I wanted, where I wanted to look, what my time frame was for buying my home; she really cared about my interests and what I wanted. I had been looking for almost six months, and the whole thing was feeling a little daunting. For each house I walked into, and then walked out feeling defeated, Sharyn was a positive light and was ready to move onto the next one and keep looking for me. She would schedule showings for me the same day if that was possible and would even move up the appointment if she could to get me in there earlier. She was great during negotiations and was a HUGE advocate for me during closing. I closed just four days ago, and my hot water tank went out. She was the first one I called and she helped me right away with everything. I felt like I was her only client and the attention she gave me was amazing. Working with her was a wonderful experience and I would point all of my friends and family to her in the future!

Sharyn is very thorough and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. She's also a pleasure to work with. She has great energy and a strong work ethic.

Sharyn is the fourth realtor that I have ever had to use, but the first one with Coldwell Banker. I am not sure if my experience with Sharyn was merely based on her character, or if it is something you all require of your agents, but it was memorable. Nonetheless, it has been an outstanding agent from beginning to end. When I first started on this journey, I was in the middle of a horrible divorce. I felt terrible that I had to include a complete strange in the process, but the house had to be sold. Sharyn remained a neutral participate when we needed her too. Although she was my agent, she didn't treat my ex with any malice. I appreciate that she maintained my confidentiality during the process. I appreciate all her pep talks, words of encouragement, and prayers. There were times during the process that I wanted to fold and give in on all the buyer requests, but Sharyn kept me grounded. She fought for what made the most sense for us. We respectfully disagreed during the process, but that never changed anything between us or my experience. There is not one thing about this entire process that I would have changed other than finding a way to make sure she got 4% on her payout. I love Sharyn, and I look forward to joining the Coldwell group in 2020.

Sharyn was simply amazing. She was always accessible when I needed her. She went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with this entire process. Sharyn did a fantastic job with a difficult move for us - we relocated out-of-county.
