Shawn Ashley was recommended to me by my sister, so I knew she had to be good, but she exceeded my expectations. Shawn showed me almost 30 houses over the course of a year. Shawn was always extremely patient and happy (who could be happy to keep showing someone that many houses??). She gave her honest opinion about houses, and if she thought it was overpriced or just not a good house - she told me! She wanted to make sure I was taken care of, and I trusted that she was looking out for me the whole time. I know she is very busy, but I always felt like the most important client (as I am sure she makes everyone feel!). Shawn and her team of Miles and Taylor always were there for me. Between the three of them, they helped me find my dream home and didn't miss a beat along the way. They are punctual, follow up well, respond in the evenings and weekends, and truly care that you understand the process and what is going on. I couldn't give a better review to them, I am truly thankful for all their help and kindness throughout the entire process. And I am really thankful we got me the perfect house!

Shawn, Miles and Taylor make a great team! We loved working with them and would recommend them to anyone with any real estate needs.

Big fan of Shawn and her husband, Miles. They were quick and easy, helpful and kind. Would recommend them to friends/family.

This was our first home buying experience and Shawn was an absolute godsend.

Shawn Ashley was is the best. She was always available to us when ever we had questions. She always made us feel like we were her only clients. Thank u Shawn for all your advice and listening to us.

Previously worked with Shawn and knew that she had a straight forward get it done attitude. This was very important to me as well as her upfront, forward, and honest communication. Shawn and Miles both hold themselves to a high level integrity. The is the most important attribute in my opinion and I view them in high respect because of this. They work very diligently to assure that the outcome is as positive and in the best interest of all parties involved as possible. With this being said, they insure that your best interest are always considered first and work to accomplish them and meeting your goals at all means possible. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for the best level of real estate services. If your buying or selling this team is truly the one to use.
