Very professional does her job very well

Shawn Ashley and Miles Ashley are great! Professional and patient, understanding and prompt. They make a great team to work with! Each brings their own strengths, and they compliment each other very well! Will be glad to work with them again someday! They found us a great home to meet the needs of our entire family!

Shawn went above and beyond to make sure we understood and were happy with our experience. From working through details long after normal office hours, to arranging all the other numerous details, she was exceptional.

Having worked with Miles and Shawn in the past it was clear that they had the experience and expertise to be our choice for a second purchase. They had the knowledge and the willingness to help everything go smoothly and then continued to follow up after the sale to ensure that things were satisfactory with the repairs. Miles and Shawn understood that while we had an initial interest in the property, we were not sold on the price and condition of the home. They were patient and refrained from constant calls while we deliberated and were ready when we called with a direction. They are there to help with any aspect of the process, but also understand how to not be intrusive when you need time to work through the decision. That said, they are not bashful about calling when there are things to discuss, good news or bad news. If it is bad news, don't fear, they probably already have a plan of attack to propose.

Shawn Ashley was extremely patient with us as we figured out what we wanted, yet she was straightforward about the timing and the market. We had a difficult seller, and Shawn did her best to meet our needs. She double checked everything, making sure we were getting the best deal and making sure nothing was missing. We are so happy in our new house. We wouldn't have been able to do it without Shawn!
