She is great to work with .

Shawn and Miles instrumental in helping us to get our dream property. They listened to us and were available whenever we had a question or concern during the process. After all, it had been 22 years since we have last bought a property. Things have certainly changed! So glad we had them in our corner!

Shawn was very knowledgeable and helpful. She made precisely the right recommendations for improving the property for a better sale. A $6000 improvement increased the sale price by $15,000. She was very professional and handled the closing very smoothly even though both parties were located remotely. Definitely would recommend Shawn Wartwick.

Shawn was excellent at helping me each necessary step in order so that the experience was not overwhelming. Having never sold a property before this, she relieved my anxiety and actually made it an exciting process.

I would recommend Shawn Wartick as she listen to our needs and full-filled our order of a house in a particular neighbor hood. She certainly stood out and went beyond to find out our questions that we had before buyer our new place. I have talked to a lot of relators in the past and she was the best we had ever worked with especially when it came to understanding what we were looking for.

Team of Shawn and Miles was excellent in all regards and resulted in a successful purchase.

Shawn has been wonderful to work with while finding a home. She helped walk us through each step to ensure we got the best home we could. She gave great advice with purchasing a home in Dowagiac. She knows her job well and is concerned with helping the families not just making a quick commission. We believe she really cares about her clients. Stacey & Tami
