I had the great pleasure of working with Sheila Prince while purchasing an investment property and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Sheila demonstrated an incredible level of professionalism, expertise, and dedication throughout the entire process. She was always available to answer my questions, provide valuable insights, and guide me through each step with patience and clarity. Her deep knowledge of the local market was evident, and she went above and beyond to find properties that matched exactly what I was looking for. What truly sets Sheila apart is her genuine care and commitment to her clients. Even after the sale, she followed up to offer her assistance with anything I might need. If you're looking for a real estate agent who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and truly cares about their clients, I highly recommend Sheila Prince. She is the best in the business.

Over the years Sheila Prince has proven to be knowledgeable and effective whether it was in renting an apartment or being able to refer her to others before we ourselves were ready to sell/buy. Sheila Prince not only sold our recent property holding our hands throughout the process she also guided us in the process of purchasing the coop. Her patience when I myself may not have been patient was a blessing and we are thankful. We are grateful having a broker the caliber of Sheila on our team or realistically being the team leader. Highly recommend

We recently sold our home with the help, guidance and expertise of Sheila Prince. Along the way we had road blocks which she was there to walk us through with patience, understanding and a determination to see the completion of the sale. Without hesitation we would refer Sheila Prince to anyone needing an efficient knowledgeable broker in the future who would be looking for the best broker and would find that in Sheila.
