Ms. Sheila Prince was extremely professional and courteous to myself and my brother from day one. The property was in very poor condition due to years of neglect, but she assured us that she would get us a fair market price. Also, this was not a case where the property was going to be sold right away due to issues about no will, title ownership, etc. There were many hindrances that we had to get through, and they had nothing to do with Ms. Prince.
